By booking services with Forever Frame Studio, you agree to the following terms:

 

Booking & Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather

Shoots may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (including rain or unsafe drone conditions) at no additional charge.

Delivery

Final media will be delivered within 24–48 hours unless otherwise specified.

​

Revisions

Minor edits or corrections are included if requested within 3 days of delivery. Extensive revisions may incur additional fees.

Usage Rights

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered media for marketing the specific property or project for which it was created.

​

Forever Frame Studio retains the right to use media for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Limitation of Liability

Forever Frame Studio is not responsible for outcomes related to property sales or marketing performance.
