Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Once photography or video services have been completed and delivered, refunds are not available.

If there is a technical issue or error on our end, we will promptly correct the issue or offer a reshoot when necessary.

Weather-related reschedules (rain, high winds for drone, etc.) will be accommodated at no additional cost.
